Confidential materials for authorized investors
By accessing these materials, the Recipient ("") acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Confidential Information. All materials contained in this investor portal -- including but not limited to business plans, financial projections, pro forma models, proprietary algorithms, assessment methodologies, competitive analysis, deal architecture, partnership terms, revenue models, pricing structures, and any associated documentation -- constitute confidential and proprietary information of Better Athlete™ (the "Discloser").
2. Non-Disclosure. Recipient shall not disclose, publish, or otherwise reveal any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent of the Discloser. Recipient shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment in the Discloser.
3. No Reproduction. Recipient shall not copy, reproduce, screenshot, screen-record, print, or otherwise duplicate any Confidential Information. All materials remain the property of the Discloser and must be returned or destroyed upon request.
4. Duration. This agreement remains in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance.
5. Remedies. Recipient acknowledges that any breach of this agreement may cause irreparable harm to the Discloser, and that the Discloser shall be entitled to seek equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.
6. Access Logging. Recipient acknowledges that all access to these materials is logged, tracked, and attributable to their unique access token. Access may be revoked at any time at the Discloser's sole discretion.
These materials are confidential and prepared specifically for . Access is logged and revocable. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure is strictly prohibited.
